LBB's (Little Brown Birds)

The only way to hit a large goal in identifying birds during a Big Year is to collect all of  the gulls and LBB's.  Little Brown Birds are abundant - some of them easy to find in your own backyard or at a park.  This makes it deceiving when you see them in the wild.  They are easy to dimiss as the same bird you see at home.  The differences in species are often subtle - chest markings or not, a white eye ring or not, the color of the crown, the shape of the bill ... The one thing they all have in common is that they are all brown and small.
